What It Measures

This test measures relationship authenticity - the degree to which you express your true thoughts, feelings, and needs in relationships versus self-silencing and people-pleasing. It evaluates opinion suppression, prioritizing others' preferences over your own, filtering yourself to avoid judgment, and difficulty balancing self-expression with social harmony. This is the opposite of chronic people-pleasing.
